Description
At present, the mainstream vegetable protein products on the market are dry vegetable protein products (usually textured vegetable protein products) with a water content of less than 50%. High-moisture protein is a rising star of vegetable protein. The main raw material is vegetable protein extracted from soybeans, peas, wheat and other plants. Raw material processing:
