Although equipped with 3 core machines, the output of this production line is only 600kg/h, which can be achieved by one large-capacity extruder. The reason why the customer chooses to configure 3 small artificial rice exruder is because this configuration also has many advantages. The first is cost-effective. The cost of three TSE70 artificial rice extruders with is not as high as the cost of one TSE95 extruder. Secondly, 3 core machines can produce different products at the same time. Of course, compared with a production line equipped with a large-capacity artificial rice extruder machine, there are also disadvantages. First, the TSE70 extruder is not as advanced as the TSE95 extruder, and the operation is not as convenient as the TSE95 extruder, and the products produced are not as exquisite as the TSE95 extruder. Secondly, the occupied area of three TSE70s is larger than that of one TSE95 extruder.
