This Vietnamese customer received the equipment in early 2020. Since the epidemic situation in China was serious at the time, it was no longer possible to send post-sale engineers to the site for installation guidance and training. Therefore, the progress of installation and debugging was very slow and they were often anxious. Our after-sales engineers often give customer guidance online for hours. After about a month, the customer's rice straw production line can finally produce decent rice straws. But the quality and output are not up to standard. Fortunately, the customer is more patient. After continuous hard work, the quality and output of the drinking straws have slowly improved. Now the quality of the edible rice tube produced by the customer has reached the standard and has a certain amount of sales locally. The customer was very happy and sent us pictures of his straws. The customer said that he would add a few more production lines when the supply of straws he produced was in short supply. Although the customer did not say, we know that the customer's target is not only local in Vietnam, but all over the world. Because Vietnam has sufficient and cheap raw materials (rice) to produce edible straws, and workers' wages are relatively cheap. Therefore, many foreign customers also choose to set up factories producing edible straws in Vietnam.
