Puffed snack production line sent to Peru

Today, a puffed snack food production line passed the inspection of our company's quality inspectors and was loaded and shipped. This production line consists of powder mixer, screw conveyor, twin-screw extruder, elevator, snack dryer, seasoning machine, cooling conveyor and packaging machine. Among them, the mixer is used to mix raw materials; the extruder is the core machine of the whole production line, which determines the output of this production line; the seasoning machine is used to spray powder or liquid seasoning for food; the cooling conveyor is used to feed food Cooling and solidification of seasonings; the packaging machine is a ten-head weighing packaging machine, which can set the weight and accurately pack the puffed food into the small bag packaging bag.

The output of this line is 260kg/h. Products such as corn sticks, cheese balls, onion rings, core filling snacks, and puffed snacks in various shapes can be produced.
